Looking for 2–3 Female Flatmates | 2 BHK | Available from 1st August Hi girls! We have finalized and booked a 2 BHK fully furnished flat and are looking for 2–3 female flatmates to join us from 1st August. (Single occupancy also works) We are already 2 girls (me and my friend), so we’re looking for 2–3 more female flatmates to complete the group. Location: Kohinoor Courtyard 1, Wakad Near Shani Mandir Road Flat Details: - 2 BHK - Fully furnished - Electronic appliances (fridge, washing machine, etc.) are not included, so we'll rent them together. Expenses: - Monthly Rent: ₹31,000 - Security Deposit: ₹70,000 - Brokerage: Applicable * Flat security deposit will be shared equally by everyone. * The deposit for rented electronic appliances will also be shared equally. * Monthly flat rent, appliance rent, electricity, WiFi, and any other common expenses will all be divided equally among all flatmates. * If there are 4 girls, all expenses (rent + deposits + bills) will be divided by 4. * If there are 5 girls, everything will be divided by 5.
