Female Flatmate Required from August 1 — NO BROKERAGE Hi! Looking for a female flatmate for my place in Megapolis Serenity, Hinjewadi Phase 3. Available from 1st August. Flat details: * Unfurnished room * Dedicated bathroom with geyser (unattached) * AC included * Small note: I occasionally need to use hot water from your bathroom since mine has solar only — always with prior permission Rent & bills: * ₹13,000 total (₹12,250 room + ₹750 appliances) * Electricity, water, and gas billed monthly (separate, actuals) Lifestyle: * Non-veg household (I eat non-veg, need you to be okay with that) * Alcohol and smoking friendly — not an everyday thing, just occasional when friends are over * Friends over anytime — no society or owner restrictions * My boyfriend usually visits on weekends * I'm pretty independent and keep to myself * Plan to hire a shared cook so both our food preferences are taken care of - old one recently quit due to pregnancy Looking for someone easygoing with no lifestyle restrictions.
